Each quirky and individually named character or fabrication is born out of yesteryear’s discarded paraphernalia.
Martin was born in North Wales, Studying at both Wrexham Art College (Wales) and Liverpool Art College during the 1980’s he developed a passion for post-war and retro design.
Martin emmigrated to New Zealand in 1997 and soon established himself as one of its most imaginative artists.
